Administrative Liability of Companies - Development of Organisational Models - (Legislative Decree 231/01)

Legislative Decree 231/01 introduced, for the first time in our system, the administrative liability of entities and with it the possibility of exemption from liability following the adoption of an Organisational Management and Control Model suitable for the prevention of offences. Thanks to the aggregation of various professional figures, the firm provides consultancy and assistance on the subject of administrative-bureaucratic, logistical and organisational interventions aimed at the prevention of offences sanctioned by Legislative Decree 231/01.

Audit

Evaluation of company data, advice on initial cost and revenue planning, from which revenue and expenditure planning are derived, analysis of variances at the end of the year, calculation of margins per product/market, represent a set of control tools that, thanks to the know-how acquired in the field, it makes available to its clients for effective business management and decision-making.
